What if i am not sure of my sizing?
We understand choosing a size can be tricky, please use our sizing guide. If you still not sure, please use our chat function,we can assist.
What happens if i order the wrong size?
We will gladly help you with your correct shoe sizing, please stipulate your sizing that you require. we have a 'whatsapp" chat feature. As our stock changes all the time we will provide you with the best service so you can enjoy your ONEMIX shoes
*Please note* shipping to and from will be for customers own account* if incorrect sizing.
Upon exchanging your correct size and it is out of stock we will either place the order for you or you can select another style that’s currently in stock.
However this will be communicated to the customer before returning of the product
Once i place my order, when can i expect delivery?
we have a 7-10 working day handling period on all our deliveries, we will ship your order out as soon as it has been processed. however we will provide you with a tracking number for your convenience.
I am ordering from out of South Africa, what are the costs ?
we will provide you with the most efficient way of shipment so that you can receive your order in the fastest possible times.

You changed your mind? Life happens.
When returning your shoes , please ensure the shoes are in their original packaging and unused.
Cancellations to be done within 24hrs, or communicated via our chat platform as we process orders once received
We will then exchange your shoe/s or credit you .T/C apply.
Refunds on sale items;
Our shoes on sale will not be refunded so please select the correct sizing
